I’m a cat person, a big cat person. It’s the liminal gaze, what story is behind her third eye? My twin sib on the other hand is definitely not a cat person.
I imagine he is off galavanting and smelling roses with his pupper familiar in some sweet distant reality. I think of them as I write, “Dana don’t be scared! Jump in! The water is nice!” My kneecaps jump in distrust as I tentatively peer over the 15 foot drop from the dock. They are doing back flips and their dog is barking. I think of how they will have to awkwardly hop on one foot to get the water out of their ears.
Some memories stay at the front, refusing to be catalogued. They are saying, “watch this!” as they dive again into the water, my heart starts to sprint, the portal opens, like eyes dilating to match the new moon. I wait for them to resurface but we both know the path has many forks.
I take a breath and open my eyes back to the paper and pencil before me. Yemaya curled at my feet cleaning her paws. The story is seeping into me, making itself known between my seeing eyes. Each day after my garden work, I write it or maybe its writing me. The end of times, the beginning of memory. The earth breathing deeply under our gracious feet once again.
The story is moving, the characters meandering through my life. A vision of possibility. I’m not a jumper, but I am a diver, a writer, I am Dana the creator and conductor. Climb aboard, the story needs you, like a sunburn needs aloe, like a nose needs fragrance, like a story needs a teller.
Analysis
Some have to experience and some have to tell. The overlap and interplay is constantly changing and being created and destroyed and renewed again. The Magician is here to create the story, to write it, to tell it, to manifest it. The tools of the deck (pentacles, cups, wands, and swords) are at the will of the Magician, use them wisely, but fear not, for in authentic processing one can only do good.

Know This
Anything you can envision can be, letting it exist in your mind is the first step, the blue print. You are the creator of your own reality and have all the tools within you to accomplish your most desired world. How it manifests will depend on your commitment to magick, your faith in your abilities. You are grounded yet spiritually connected, you are magick and create magick. Be the conductor of light.
