Flow Juice
- A marshmallow flower essence, soaked in summer storm water under a full moon.
When to take: When you feel stagnant or in need of flow. Flow in creating, life in general, or through mucky situations. When you want to honor the element of water and recognize it in yourself.
Intention: To allow flow to ease constriction and restriction of the self. To get soft and watery, to recognize that fluidity is a strength, not in opposition to rigidity but in conversation with it. To commune more deeply with the element of water and all its ancient flowing wisdom.
Affirmations:
“I flow like water for I am mostly that.”
“Water is life and I am water.”
“When I feel stuck, I breath and flow around obstacles.”

The Ritual: Sang “the river is flowing” chant to Marshmallow plant, collected one blossom for that is all was known to be needed for this potent potion. Created water messages from magazine clippings to rest night water on for the rest of the month. For example, a picture of an orchid that says “self love and devotion.” Picked a slow song and flowed to it. Asked the water of the pee dee river for a message, she responded, “ripple outwards and feel the wind on your surface.”
