When to take: When you are mourning the loss of a loved one, no matter how long ago the exit was, including those who crossed before you were born, perhaps even a former you.

Intention: To provide stillness, reflection, and prayer in the mind and body. To feel the feelings of mourning. To perform a ritual of remembrance for the lost loved one, to create a brief meditative moment to bring forth a fond memory of your relationship with your crossed over.
