When to take: When its time to focus on self forgiveness. (eg before an appointment with yourself)

Intention: To call attention to how hard we (and the world) can be on ourselves sometimes and to create a potion to promote cuddling up with self forgiveness.

The Ritual:

Created sacred space by calling in the directions. Chose blossoms and ask if they’d like to be a part of this essence. Floated them in collected stormwater. Attended new moon gathering, where gentle witnessing of self forgiveness occurs. Left essence to soak throughout night under new moon.
